surgery for BAME Women provides advice, interpreting and advocacy support to the BAME

women (particularly those in work)

so that they better understand their

employment rights, job conditions.

Financial Information and Advice to Prevent Rise of Debt. SWT supports users with:

• Delivery Energy Advice
• Assisting Clients find cheaper
• alternative energy suppliers
• Prevent disconnection of home
• energy services
• Negotiating energy bills with
• energy suppliers
• Debt Prevention Advice
• Assisting clients to sign up to
• cheaper energy tariffs.

Our advocacy work seeks to give voice to communities. We seek to positively influence and engage with those who can have a direct effect on us and our aims, and, most importantly, the communities with whom we work. Our Director sits on the following boards to ensure communities voices are heard:
